Job summary

ISEPHIL TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION in Metro Manila is seeking a dynamic Sales Tech Support specialist to promote, sell and present company products to new and existing clients, and to manage quotations, close sales and collect payments. You will also monitor deliveries and submit weekly sales reports while building strong client relations.

You will perform machine repair, preventive maintenance, site inspections and provide on-call breakdown support, with a focus on independent, initiative-driven

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• 1+ years of experience in sales tech support.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Knowledge of packaging materials is an edge.
• Familiarity with SAP/Oracle or related systems is preferred.

About the role

This role combines sales and maintenance responsibilities. You will promote, sell and present company products to new and existing clients, visit prospects, submit quotations, close sales and collect payments. You will also monitor deliveries, follow up orders and submit weekly sales reports while maintaining good client relations and protecting company interests. Additionally, you will perform machine repair and troubleshooting, spare machine maintenance, preventive maintenance, client site machine inspections, monitor maintenance checklists, and provide on-call machine breakdown support.
