Job summary

Powertech Asia Pacific, Inc. is seeking a field service technician to install equipment, perform preventive maintenance (PMS), and complete corrective repairs at customer sites.

You will inspect, diagnose, and repair equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation, and provide professional technical assistance to customers. The ideal candidate has technical training, 1–2 years of equipment servicing experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in electrical and mechanical systems and basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose and repair equipment on-site.
• Customer-facing roles requiring clear communication and service orientation.

About the role

About you

• Graduate of a Technical/Vocational course, Industrial Technology, or any related field

• 1–2 years of experience in equipment servicing, maintenance, or related technical work

• Knowledgeable in electrical, mechanical, and basic troubleshooting procedures

• Willing to perform field work and travel as required

• Capable of handling tools and equipment

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Safety-conscious and able to follow established safety policies and procedures
