Job summary

Tet Lee Precision Engineering Pte. Ltd. in the Philippines is seeking a hands-on Sales & Technical Support Engineer to support our growing semiconductor business in Clark, Manila, and other locations.

The role combines technical support with sales, requiring close collaboration with Singapore Sales and Engineering teams to service customers and drive growth. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in semiconductors, strong hands-on experience with test handlers, and the ability to travel extensively

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in semiconductor industry.
• Hands-on with semiconductor test handlers.
• Experience with Rasco, Multitest, Delta Matrix, Advantest is an advantage.
• Willing to travel extensively within the Philippines.
• Valid driver's license and own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to semiconductor customers in the Philippines.
• Install, assemble, test, and support spare parts, change kits, test sockets and customized components on test handlers.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure products run smoothly in customer production environments.
• Support product evaluation, trials, commissioning and customer buy-off.
• Travel regularly to customer sites in Clark and Manila.
• Coordinate with Singapore HQ and SG Sales team for pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Develop customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales & Technical Support Engineer to support our growing semiconductor business in the Philippines.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role combining technical support and sales. You will work closely with semiconductor customers in Clark, Manila and other locations across the Philippines, providing on-site support for our spare parts, change kits, test sockets, and customized components used on semiconductor test handlers.

The role includes installation, assembly, testing, troubleshooting, product evaluation and order delivery follow-up, as well as developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and converting successful product evaluations into actual orders.

You will work closely with our Singapore Sales and Engineering teams to support existing customers, develop new customers and grow our business in the Philippines.

We are looking for a technically strong, hands-on and commercially minded engineer with semiconductor industry experience who enjoys working directly with customers, solving technical problems independently and developing both technical and sales skills.

Experience with Rasco, Advantest, Multitest and Delta Matrix test handlers is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Provide on-site and remote technical support to semiconductor customers across the Philippines.

Install, assemble, test, and support our spare parts, change kits, test sockets, and customized components on semiconductor test handlers.

Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes and ensure our products run smoothly in the customer's production environment.

Support product evaluation, production trials, commissioning and customer buy-off.

Follow up on customer evaluations and work with the SG Sales team to convert successful evaluations into purchase orders.

Develop relationships with existing customers and identify new customers and business opportunities.

Support pre-sales activities, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.

Accompany and support the Singapore Sales / Engineering team during customer visits in the Philippines.

Prepare product evaluation reports, customer feedback, and provide timely technical support to customers.

Travel regularly to customer sites in Clark, Manila

Act as the technical point of contact for customers and coordinate closely with our Singapore Headquarters.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant semiconductor industry experience.

Hands-on experience with semiconductor test handlers, especially:

Rasco, Multitest, Delta Matrix, Advantest experience is an advantage.

Experience in field service, equipment support, maintenance, installation, troubleshooting or technical sales.

Experience installing or supporting change kits, spare parts, test sockets or related semiconductor products is highly preferred.

Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills.

Customer-focused, proactive and commercially minded.

Able to work independently and directly with customers.

Willing to travel extensively within the Philippines.

Valid driver's license and own transportation are required.
