Job summary

Tet Lee Precision Engineering Pte. Ltd. in the Philippines is seeking a hands-on Sales & Technical Support Engineer to support our growing semiconductor business in Clark, Manila, and other locations.

The role combines technical support with sales, requiring close collaboration with Singapore Sales and Engineering teams to service customers and drive growth. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in semiconductors, strong hands-on experience with test handlers, and the ability to travel extensively

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years in semiconductor industry.
Hands-on with semiconductor test handlers.
Experience with Rasco, Multitest, Delta Matrix, Advantest is an advantage.
Willing to travel extensively within the Philippines.
Valid driver's license and own transportation.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site and remote technical support to semiconductor customers in the Philippines.
Install, assemble, test, and support spare parts, change kits, test sockets and customized components on test handlers.
Troubleshoot issues and ensure products run smoothly in customer production environments.
Support product evaluation, trials, commissioning and customer buy-off.
Travel regularly to customer sites in Clark and Manila.
Coordinate with Singapore HQ and SG Sales team for pre-sales and post-sales support.
Develop customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
