Job summary

Reed Elsevier Philippines seeks a capable leader to drive People and Performance Management, Conflict resolution, and Operations across the team. You will onboard new hires, coach staff, conduct appraisals, and push process improvements to hit service targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/College degree required.
• 1–2 years leadership experience preferred.
• Experience handling Sales calls–related teams preferred.
• Strong people and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate across levels.
• Willingness to work night shift or flexible schedule.
• Proven change management and adaptability to CI/Agile culture.
• Detail oriented with strong project management skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new employees and ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Coach and mentor staff; manage monthly team scorecards and performance feedback.
• Conduct regular performance appraisals and support improvement plans.
• Support staff in timely and accurate output; oversee attendance and scheduling.
• Lead crisis management and assist in stakeholder communication.
• Submit operation reports to local leadership and BU stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and align with business goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to meet service level objectives.
