Job summary

LexisNexis Coplogic Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead a dynamic telesales team. You will ensure timely, accurate delivery of campaigns, coaching staff, and streamlining processes while aligning with governance standards across regions.

You will balance operational excellence with sales insight, drive performance via scorecards and reporting, and work night shifts or flexible schedules to support business needs in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/College degree
• Preferably with 1-2 years of leadership experience
• Preferably with experience in handling Sales calls-related team/program
• Strong people and stakeholder relationship management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate across all levels of the organization
• Amenable to work on a night shift or flexible schedule
• With excellent work ethics and can easily adapt to CI and Agile Culture
• Detail oriented and project management skills
• Proven success at managing change
• Strong organizational, prioritization and delegation skills
• Proven problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the telesales team to achieve targets and ensure campaigns run smoothly.
• Coach and develop agents, monitor performance, and provide timely feedback.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and governance across regions to optimize output.
• Schedule and manage coverage, including night shifts and flexible arrangements.
