Job summary

RedMaple Multi-Resources Inc. is seeking a Sales Supervisor in Nueva Ecija, Philippines. The role leads the sales team, coaches representatives, and ensures execution of strategies to achieve targets. Travel within the territory is expected to maintain customer coverage and drive growth.

The ideal candidate has a business-related degree and 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably with supervisory exposure, and strong Excel/reporting skills to track performance and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years in sales with supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Experience in FMCG, food distribution, consumer goods is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of sales operations, territory management and CRM.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel within the territory.
• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily activities and performance of Sales Representatives.
• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans for the territory.
• Monitor sales volume, distribution, customer coverage, and targets.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales activities and accounts.
• Identify new customers and business opportunities within the area.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
• Coach, train and motivate sales personnel to improve performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings, sales briefings and performance reviews.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing and feedback.
