Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales success.
• Experience managing direct reports.
• Strong business sense and industry know-how.

• Excellent communication skills and basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
• High integrity and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed company sales targets.
• Train, coach, and develop subordinates.
• Develop and expand the assigned territory.
• Maintain the company’s reputation in the field.
• Conduct trade checks and store orientations for Warranty Specialists and sellers.
• Drive growth by managing the sales team to hit targets.
• Open new retailers and dealer networks for expansion.
• Manage recruitment, objectives setting, coaching, and performance for Warranty Specialists and Territory Managers.
• Design and implement a strategic sales plan to expand customer base.
• Maintain ongoing business growth across covered territories.
• Recommend headcount for territories as needed.
• Ensure subordinates comply with company policies.
