Worldwide Group of Companies in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to drive performance across a dedicated team. You will coach representatives, set targets, and monitor monthly outputs while building strong customer relationships.

The role requires field visits, market development, and collaboration with logistics and credit teams to improve coverage and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role.
• Willing to conduct field work and travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Sales Representatives meet monthly targets for SI, SO generation and SO balance conversion.
• Lead new customer hunting, develop high-potential accounts, reactivate customers, and expand market coverage.
• Set clear individual targets, conduct regular coaching and performance reviews, and ensure accountability for results.
• Strengthen customer relationships, address complaints and objections, monitor purchasing patterns and payment behavior.
• Prepare sales projections, monitor actual performance against targets, analyze sales gaps by item group, coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Credit & Collection and execute corrective actions.
