Job summary

MEGATREND CHEMICAL SOLUTION INC. in the Philippines seeks a Sales Supervisor to lead and coach the sales team, driving growth in the construction chemicals sector and strengthening client relationships across assigned accounts.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of sales experience with 1–2 years in supervision. You will monitor targets, prepare reports, and ensure timely follow-ups, visits, and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven sales experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Experience in construction, construction chemicals, building materials or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, people-management and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship abilities.
• Organized, proactive, goal-oriented and results-driven.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive at least a motorcycle.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the daily activities and performance of the sales team.
• Coach, mentor and provide performance feedback to sales personnel.
• Monitor sales targets, project assignments, territory coverage and pipelines.
• Ensure timely follow-up of leads, quotations, clients and project opportunities.
• Assist staff with client concerns, negotiations and project requirements.
• Monitor customer and project developments within the assigned area or team.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and follow-through on action items.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts and performance updates to Management.
• Identify team performance issues and recommend actions to Sales Manager or Management.
• Ensure staff compliance with company policies, confidentiality and ethics.
