Job summary

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to lead and expand a frontline sales team across multiple locations. You will guide development of Unit/Development managers and advisors, drive revenue growth, and ensure adherence to high standards of compliance.

The ideal candidate has 7–12 years in sales/insurance, MBA preferred, and a proven ability to train, motivate, and build relationships with stakeholders. Willingness to travel to various locations is required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from any stream; MBA preferred.
• 7–12 years of experience in sales/insurance.
• Energetic, proactive with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Unit/Development managers.
• Guide frontline managers to build a robust network of advisors and a strong sales force.
• Ensure onboarding, engagement and capability development for frontline managers and advisors.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and initiate lead generation for profitable growth.
• Coach the team on products, selling techniques, and online/digital platforms.
