Job summary

LIMA LAND, INC. is seeking a senior HR professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for sales, design and drive training programs, and manage performance development. You will partner with Sales Leaders on manpower planning and monitor hiring metrics to ensure compliance.

The role requires 5–8 years in recruitment or HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership position. Real estate/sales exposure is advantageous. Collaboration with HR, Sales, Marketing, and Operations is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Experience in recruitment and training functions is essential.
• Experience in real estate or sales industries is a plus.
