Job summary

NEXTASIA Land, Inc. is seeking a Sales Training Lead to design, implement, and continuously improve training for real estate sales professionals. You will develop onboarding programs, standardize processes, and deliver multi‑tier training across product knowledge, negotiations, and digital selling.

You will coach managers, collaborate with Marketing and Product, and ensure compliance with real estate regulations while driving performance through data‑driven training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, Real Estate, or related field.
• Training certifications (Train-the-Trainer, L&D) are an advantage.
• 5–8 years of sales experience with at least 3 years in sales training, coaching, or L&D.
• Real estate industry experience strongly preferred.
• Proven experience developing and delivering sales training programs.
• Experience coaching both individual contributors and sales managers.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive sales training strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Develop onboarding programs for newly hired sales consultants.
• Create and update training materials, playbooks, presentations, and e-learning content.
• Standardize sales processes, scripts, and best practices across all sales teams.
• Deliver training on real estate sales techniques, consultative selling, product knowledge, CRM, negotiation and closing skills, objections, lead generation, and digital selling.
• Conduct practical sales simulations.
• Coach Sales Managers on effective performance coaching techniques.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Product teams for timely training on new project launches.
• Train teams on project features, pricing, financing options, competitor analysis, and market trends.
• Keep teams updated on real estate laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Identify training needs through performance data, customer feedback, and sales metrics.
• Measure training effectiveness using KPIs: training completion, onboarding, conversion, productivity, time-to-first-sale, knowledge assessments, and participant satisfaction.
