Job summary

D2B is seeking a Sales Support & CRM Coordinator in Manila to free up the sales team so they can focus on client relationships and closing deals. You will manage CRM data, support follow-ups, and coordinate admin tasks across the sales pipeline.

You’ll work with an Australia/New Zealand sales team, improve process efficiency, and help maintain templates, collateral, and reporting for pipeline visibility.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales support, sales administration, CRM administration, customer success, or a similar role.
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication and email drafting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Confidence working with sales professionals and holding team members accountable for process compliance.
• Strong proficiency with CRM systems and business software.

Responsibilities

• CRM & Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain records in Monday CRM, ensure opportunities progress, uphold CRM hygiene, monitor pipeline activity, generate reports.
• Sales Follow-Up & Client Engagement: Draft emails, support re-engagement campaigns, prepare templates and materials, coordinate follow-ups.
• Sales Administration & Coordination: Support admin tasks, assist with meeting prep, coordinate documents and materials, manage workflows and reminders.
• Sales Enablement: Support Monday CRM processes, maintain resources, assist with reporting and KPI tracking, improve productivity.
