Job summary

Ingram Micro Philippines BPO LLC is seeking candidates for an order processing role in Manila. The team handles order verification, data accuracy, and quote preparation for pre-sales customers, ensuring timely order release and fulfillment.

You will coordinate with sales and customer service to manage quotes, respond to inquiries, and maintain records of quotes and communications. Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in supply chain or IT distribution is a plus.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any course; if High School or SHS Diploma, should have at least 2 years functional experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Background in supply chain or IT distribution is a huge advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Verifies and reviews the accuracy of orders.
• Order entry/order processing until order release/fulfillment
• Prepares product/license quotes as needed for pre-sales customers.
• Validate all quote data to ensure correctness before submission.
• Follow up with customers and partners to drive quote conversion into sales.
• Respond to inquiries from partners, customers, and internal teams regarding quotes, pricing, and product details.
• Works with sales management, sales reps and customer service to process customer orders and/or change orders.
• Maintain updated records of quotes, follow-ups, and customer communications.
