Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to ensure smooth consignment and sales operations from Ortigas, Manila, in a night-shift, onsite role. You will manage repeatable workflows across multiple platforms and systems, handling consignments, asset onboarding, listings, relistings, and packaging, while supporting project work and overflow tasks.

The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with SOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in data entry, customer service, sales support or administrative operations.
• Proficient in Excel with formulas and VLOOKUP.
• Experience with Salesforce and Mercury systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Process consignments across multiple selling platforms and internal systems.
• Create and maintain accurate customer, inventory, and sales records.
• Assist with asset onboarding, listings, relisting, and package management.
• Coordinate updates for live asset activity using templates and SOPs.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders and coordinators and support cross-functional teams.
• Support inventory management, pricing updates, auction support, and seller cost management.
• Maintain Salesforce and related systems contract documentation and records.

The role manages high-volume, repeatable tasks that fluctuate with sales cycles and seller demands while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with operational procedures. # **WHAT YOU’LL DO****Consignment & Sales Support Operations*** Process and manage consignments across multiple selling platforms and internal systems.* Create, update, and maintain accurate customer, inventory, and sales records.* Support asset onboarding, listings, relisting activities, and package management.* Coordinate updates for live and online asset activity using standardized communication templates.* Ensure all transactions, documentation, and workflows comply with established SOPs.* Monitor task queues and email-based assignments to ensure timely completion.* Provide status updates and completion notifications to stakeholders and coordinators.* Assist with inventory management, pricing updates, auction support, and seller cost management.* Support contract documentation and record maintenance within Salesforce and related systems.* Maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy in a deadline-driven environment.**Project Support & Cross-Functional Assistance*** Provide overflow support for coordinators and operational teams during peak periods.* Assist in process improvement initiatives and strategic operational projects.* Participate in training sessions, workflow updates, and continuous improvement activities.* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient execution of sales operations.* Support special projects and ad hoc operational requests as assigned. # **A BIT ABOUT YOU****Education*** High School Diploma required.* Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.**Work Experience*** Minimum of 2 years of experience in one or more of the following:Data EntryCustomer ServiceAccountingSales Support or Administrative Operations**Technical Skills*** Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and VLOOKUP functions.* Working knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.* Experience using Salesforce and Mercury systems preferred.* Ability to navigate multiple systems and platforms simultaneously.**Core Competencies*** Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.* Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.* Strong process adherence and ability to follow SOPs consistently.* Comfortable handling high-volume workloads with tight deadlines.* Strong written communication and coordination skills.* Ability to adapt to changing business needs and operational priorities. # **CORE VALUES**We’re proud of our diverse global team, all working in a collaborative environment and happy to share these common values:* **Curious and Clever:** Smart questions spark smart solutions* **Entrepreneurial Energy:** Think like an owner.
