Job summary

FABTECH GROUP OF COMPANIES is seeking a Sales Associate to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and support end-to-end sales transactions in Metro Manila. You will document activities, coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Project Management, and help achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

The role covers prospecting, quotation preparation, client follow-ups, and after-sales coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in engineering, construction, or manufacturing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
• Highly organized, customer-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients, prepare proposals, and conduct client presentations.
• Ensure inquiries, quotations, and client communications are handled promptly and professionally.
• Support Sales Managers in client meetings and negotiations as required.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of client inquiries, quotations, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Project Management) for requirements fulfillment.
• Monitor project progress and relay updates to clients.
• Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Participate in marketing activities, trade shows, and client engagement events to increase business opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication and proactive engagement.
• Handle customer feedback and ensure prompt resolution in coordination with the appropriate units.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
