Job summary

You will coordinate with Sales Representatives and various departments to ensure timely fulfillment. Responsibilities include preparing quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery documents, and maintaining accurate customer data and sales databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Preferably with experience in sales support, sales administration, customer service, or a similar position.
• Knowledge of sales processes, documentation, and customer service practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with good time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and effectively with different departments.
• Customer-oriented, professional, and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales Representatives regarding customer requirements, orders, and schedules.
• Monitor pending sales orders and follow up with concerned departments to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Operations, Logistics, and Finance regarding sales transactions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required.
• Consolidate sales data and provide accurate information to the Sales Team and Management.
• Maintain organized records of quotations, orders, customer communications, and sales activities.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of customer and company information.
• Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, delivery documents, and other sales-related records.
• Maintain accurate and updated customer and sales databases.
• Monitor sales transactions and ensure proper documentation and filing.
• Assist Sales Personnel in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
