• Coordinate and manage complex schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior sales executives.
• Assist the sales team in preparing and organizing sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
• Manage and update customer and prospect databases.
• Oversee the preparation and organisation of sales documents, proposals, and contracts.
• Generate detailed sales reports, analysing data to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and other relevant documents.
• Ensure all sales-related documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize CRM software to maintain and update comprehensive customer records.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and real-time data entry into the CRM system.
• Act as a point of contact between the sales team and other internal departments, fostering effective communication.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at improving sales processes and efficiency.
