Your Role

As a Sales Support, you will support the sales team by preparing accurate estimates and quotations, managing customer and sales records, following up on business opportunities, and assisting with day-to-day sales administration. You will work closely with management and internal teams to ensure quotations are completed accurately, customers receive timely communication, and sales activities are properly documented.

What You Need

• Previous experience in estimating, internal sales, sales administration, customer service, or business development.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and general business software.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, construction, or a related industry.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or project specifications.
• Experience with Xero, Outlook, or similar accounting/business systems.
• Previous experience preparing quotations, estimates, or pricing for technical products or services.
• Experience working with CRM and sales pipeline management.
