Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Sales Engineer to support the sales team by preparing estimates and quotations, and by managing customer and sales records. The role involves following up on opportunities and assisting with day-to-day sales administration, collaborating with management and internal teams to ensure accurate quotations and timely communication.

The position is on-site in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City, with a focus on delivering precise pricing, managing data, and driving the sales

Qualifications

• Previous experience in estimating, internal sales, sales administration, customer service, or business development.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and general business software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
• Proactive approach to identifying issues, following up on tasks, and pursuing sales opportunities.

Your Role

As a Sales Engineer, you will support the sales team by preparing accurate estimates and quotations, managing customer and sales records, following up on business opportunities, and assisting with day-to-day sales administration. You will work closely with management and internal teams to ensure quotations are completed accurately, customers receive timely communication, and sales activities are properly documented.

What You Need

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, construction, or a related industry.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or project specifications.
• Experience with Xero, Outlook, or similar accounting/business systems.
• Previous experience preparing quotations, estimates, or pricing for technical products or services.
• Experience working with CRM and sales pipeline management.
