Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Channel Operations, Partner Support, Sales Operations, Order Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related function.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary owner of channel partner inquiries from initial contact to closure.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure partner satisfaction.
• Adhere to SLA targets and deliver timely responses and resolutions for each partner tier.
• Maintain detailed records of partner interactions in CRM and ticket systems.
• Identify trends and recommend improvements to leadership.
• Support the creation and upkeep of partner knowledge resources and FAQs.
• Balance workload and monitor SLA performance to ensure consistent service.
