Job summary

Firefly Electric & Lighting Corporation is seeking a Sales Support Associate to help ensure a seamless sales and customer experience. The role will coordinate with cross-functional teams, support sales operations, and assist in delivering excellent service to customers from the Ermita office in Manila.

The position is full-time in the Commercial department, reporting to the Sales Support Team Leader. Fresh graduates with internship or training in customer service are welcome to apply and grow

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any business-related field.
• Fresh graduates, preferably with internship/training experience in a customer service-related field.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team by processing and managing sales orders while coordinating with relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers, generate sales opportunities, and follow up on accounts receivable
• Address after-sales concerns and customer inquiries, coordinating with the appropriate departments to ensure timely resolution
• Provide updates to customers regarding order status and concern resolution to maintain strong client relationships
