Job summary

Ingram Micro in the Philippines is seeking an entry-level Order Processing Specialist to verify orders, enter data, and prepare quotes for pre-sales. The role supports sales teams and customers, ensuring accurate data and timely responses in English.

Fresh graduates are welcome, and a background in supply chain or IT distribution is advantageous. Day shifts aligned to AU time are required, with monthly RTO expectations.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any course; HS diploma with 2 years experience acceptable.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Background in supply chain or IT distribution is advantageous.
• Good English communication, oral and written.
• Knowledgeable with basic to intermediate MS Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot).
• Willing to work on day shift (AU time zone) and 10 days RTO/month (2 consecutive weeks).

Responsibilities

• Verifies and reviews the accuracy of orders.
• Order entry/order processing until order release/fulfillment.
• Prepares product/license quotes as needed for pre-sales customers. Validate all quote data to ensure correctness before submission.
• Follow up with customers and partners to drive quote conversion into sales.
• Respond to inquiries from partners, customers, and internal teams regarding quotes, pricing, and product details.
• Works with sales management, sales reps and customer service to process customer orders and/or change orders.
• Maintain updated records of quotes, follow-ups, and customer communications.
