Job summary

Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc. is seeking a skilled Sales Order Specialist in Davao to manage end-to-end order processing and ensure accurate pricing and timely dispatch.

The role involves maintaining records, monitoring accounts receivable, and preparing performance reports while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer support. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least two years in sales, strong prioritization, and proficiency in Google Workspace

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Sales, Marketing, or other business-related disciplines.
• At least two (2) years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment. Experience in back-office or sales support functions is an advantage.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing business needs, and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales order processing, including order tracking, sales order release, pricing accuracy, and coordination of dispatch and delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records, including contracts, pricing memos, credit and debit memos, billing, accruals, and compliance documentation.
• Monitor accounts receivable, support collection activities, and ensure accurate and timely billing submissions.
• Prepare sales performance reports, analyze market trends, and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with Customer Operations, Logistics, Road Transport, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless customer support and order fulfillment.
