GM Marketing in Mindanao seeks a Sales Supervisor to oversee the regional sales team, drive targets, and expand key accounts in supermarkets, groceries, HORECA, pharmacies, and more.
You will monitor bookings, route plans, and field activities, coach field staff, and ensure product availability and proper merchandising across outlets. Willingness to travel within Mindanao regions is essential.
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for supervising the sales team, monitoring sales performance, ensuring achievement of company sales targets, developing new accounts, improving customer coverage, and coordinating field sales activities within assigned territories.
Supervise, guide, and monitor Booking Salesmen and other assigned sales personnel.
Ensure each salesperson achieves the required monthly sales quota and account coverage target.
Monitor daily bookings, collections, customer visits, and sales activities.
Review and approve sales itineraries, route plans, and field schedules.
Conduct regular trade visits and field monitoring with sales personnel.
Assist the team in opening new accounts, especially supermarkets, groceries, retailers, HORECA, pharmacies, pet shops, and other target markets.
Ensure balanced sales performance across all assigned principals and suppliers.
Monitor product movement, product availability, merchandising, pricing, and placement in customer outlets.
Ensure new SKUs and priority products are properly introduced and distributed to target accounts.
Monitor sales performance by salesperson, principal, territory, and customer.
Preferably with at least 1–2 years of experience in sales, field operations, distribution, or team supervision.
Experience in General Trade, FMCG, HORECA, or distribution is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Capable of coaching and motivating a field sales team.
Target-driven and results-oriented.
Good knowledge of sales reporting, account management, and collection monitoring.
Willing to conduct regular field visits and travel within assigned areas.
Familiarity with Mindanao markets is an advantage.
Must be organized, disciplined, trustworthy, and able to work with minimal supervision.
