Job summary

Infinitysportsinternational is seeking a Sales Supervisor/Manager to lead and expand our B2B sales across wholesale sporting goods and school supplies. You will manage key accounts, develop revenue growth, and optimize distribution channels, leveraging your negotiation and analytical skills.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in sales or customer service, with a proven track record of closing deals and growing revenue in a wholesale environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required.
• 3–5 years in sales or customer service experience, preferably wholesale sporting goods or school/office supplies.
• Proven track record of leading large accounts and growing revenue in a B2B environment.
• Strong knowledge of wholesale sporting goods and school supplies markets, including brands, products, and seasonal trends.
• Knowledge of inventory management and distribution channels in sporting and educational sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong negotiation skills with focus on closing deals and long-term contracts.
• Able to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to drive growth.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Self-starter with proactive sales and account management approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to industry dynamics.
• Willingness to travel across Visayas regions.
