Virginia Farms, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a results-driven sales leader to supervise and mentor a team of sales executives, conduct performance reviews, set targets, and run regular sales meetings.

You will develop and implement sales and marketing plans, create offers, pursue new markets, and manage relationships with new and existing clients in the HORECA sector, while monitoring trends and reporting performance to management.

• Strategic: Develop and implement sales and marketing plans, create special offers and promotions, and ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new markets and clients, conduct sales presentations, and develop proposals.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the HORECA sector
• Market Analysis: Research market trends, monitor competitor activities, and analyze sales data to inform strategy.
• Financial and Administrative Tasks: Oversee department budgets and report on crucial issues and performance to management.
