• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
• Identify market opportunities and provide recommendations for new business development
• Conduct recruitment, onboarding and performance management of sales staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
