Job summary

Stahl Materials Philippines Inc is seeking an outdoor sales professional in Cavite to drive sales and manage client relations. The role focuses on responding to inquiries, coordinating with outdoor sales, and ensuring material availability while maintaining 6S and adhering to company policies.

The ideal candidate has proven field sales experience, strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and is willing to travel. Flexibility for weekends or holidays is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required.
• Proven outdoor/field sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good negotiation and presentation skills.
• Physically fit and willing to travel or work in varying weather conditions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quick response and on-time submission of quotations.

• Send daily, weekly, or monthly reports detailing calls, sales, services, route schedules, expenses, and market conditions.
• Maintain 6S in the workplace.
• Comply with company rules and regulations.
• Perform other duties deemed necessary for the company.

2. Maintain close coordination with outdoor sales
3. Coordination with person-in-charge to check the availability of materials
4. Disseminates customer complaints to production and management
5. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
6. Sending daily, weekly or monthly reports to the company, providing information about the calls made, sales effected, services rendered, route schedule, expenses incurred, business conditions, competition, if any, etc.
7. Maintaining 6S

9. Performing other duties deemed necessary for the company

Job Qualifications
