Job summary

SPCE Corp. is expanding its real estate arm, Property Plus PH, to connect clients with prime sale and lease properties across Metro Manila.

We seek driven, charismatic sales professionals across junior to senior levels who can source, pitch, and close high-value deals. You will guide local and international clients through inquiries, site viewings, negotiations, and closing, while building a robust network of property owners and buyers and staying ahead of market trends.

Qualifications

• Sales experience mandatory (1–2 years for junior roles, 4+ years for senior roles).
• Ability to present to high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
• Willing to travel around Metro Manila for property viewings and client meetings.
• College graduate preferred; solid sales achievements welcome.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the entire real estate journey—from inquiries and site viewings to negotiations and closing.

At SPCE Corp., we are expanding our real estate arm, Property Plus PH. We specialize in the sales and leasing of prime residential and commercial properties across Metro Manila. Whether it’s a high-rise condo in BGC or a commercial space in Quezon City, we connect clients with their ideal spaces.

We are looking for driven, charismatic, and result-oriented sales professionals to join our growing team. We accept multiple seniority levels (Junior to Senior roles) based on your experience!

What You’ll Do

• Property Matching: Source, market, and pitch prime sale and lease properties across Metro Manila.
• Client Advisory: Guide local and international clients through the entire real estate journey—from inquiries and site viewings to negotiations and closing.
• Network Building: Generate high-quality leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain long-term relationships with property owners and buyers.
• Market Insight: Stay updated on Metro Manila’s real estate trends, pricing, and new developments to provide expert advice.

Who We Are Looking For

• Sales Experience is Mandatory: You have a proven track record in sales (minimum 1–2 years for junior roles, 4+ years for senior roles). Real estate experience is a massive plus, but if you have a stellar background in high-ticket sales, banking, insurance, automotive, or luxury retail, we want to talk to you!
• Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills. You can confidently present to high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
• Gritty & Driven: Real estate requires resilience. You must be proactive, self-motivated, and hungry for big commissions.
• Mobility: Willing to travel around Metro Manila for property viewings and client meetings.
• Education: College graduate/Bachelor's degree preferred, but solid sales achievements will always take precedence.
