The role focuses on lead generation, client relationship building, and converting opportunities into property sales within a competitive market. You will engage with clients, present options, coordinate site visits, support negotiations, and ensure timely completion of contracts and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field (Real Estate preferred).
• Experience in real estate sales or property management.
• Strong knowledge of the local property market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (Real Estate Management preferred)
• Experience in real estate sales or property management
• Strong knowledge of the local property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in listing platforms and CRM tools

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to assess needs, present suitable property options, manage booth manning, and coordinate site visits and viewings
• Support negotiations and ensure timely and accurate completion of contracts, documentation, and related transaction requirements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and referral networks to drive repeat business and generate new sales opportunities
• Consistently meet individual sales targets and contribute to overall team quotas
• Deliver responsive after-sales support to ensure long-term client satisfaction
• Market properties through online listings, social media platforms, and other approved promotional and lead-generation channels
