Job summary

Far East Union Investment & Development Inc. is seeking a results-driven Property Sales Specialist to support sales and leasing of our residential portfolio in Makati. You will generate leads, present properties, and guide buyers and tenants from inquiry to close.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in property sales or leasing, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and can work independently on-site in Makati City. Competitive compensation includes a monthly base and commissions.

• At least 2 years of experience in property sales, leasing, or real estate.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work on-site in Makati City.

Compensation

₱20,000.00 - ₱30,000.00 per month + commissions
