The Sales Specialist is responsible for driving patient acquisition, community engagement, and business development for the Primary Care Facility (PCF). The role focuses on building strategic partnerships with companies, schools, local government units (LGUs), barangays, organizations, and other community stakeholders to increase awareness and utilization of the PCF's healthcare services including YAKAP and GAMOT. Working closely with the Branch Manager and Operations Team, the Sales Specialist executes field sales activities, organizes healthcare events, develops and ensures that patient growth targets are consistently achieved while upholding the organization's commitment to accessible, quality healthcare.
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the 30-km radius of the PCF
Build relationships with companies, schools, government agencies, barangays, NGOs, cooperatives, religious organizations, and community groups
Conduct regular client visits to generate new partnerships and referrals
Prepare and deliver presentations on the PCF's healthcare programs and services
Organize healthcare orientations, wellness talks, medical missions, and community outreach activities
Achieve monthly patient registration, consultation, and healthcare activity targets
Conduct daily field sales calls based on the approved territory plan
Maintain accurate records of prospects, accounts, referrals, and activities
Update EMR, ERP or company databases regularly
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Health, Healthcare Management, Nursing, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Communications, or any related field
At least one (1) to three (3) years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or community engagement
Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, insurance, or related industries is preferred
