Job summary

1Life Inc. is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive patient growth by building partnerships with companies, schools, LGUs, and communities.

You will promote healthcare services, coordinate activities, and foster long-term relationships to improve access and utilization of YAKAP and GAMOT. The role requires strong communication and presentation skills, the ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, and a track record in sales or business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required or preferred.
• Experience in sales, business development, account management, or community engagement is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new partner accounts within the assigned territory.
• Conduct daily field visits and presentations to companies, schools, LGUs, barangays, and community organizations.
• Secure partnerships that generate patient registration and healthcare.
• Maintain and grow existing partner accounts.
• Achieve monthly patient registration and Run targets.
• Assist with patient pre-registration and appointment scheduling.
• Monitor patient turnout and implement initiatives to improve participation.
