Job summary

Country Funders Finance Corporation is seeking a finance operations professional stationed at partner dealerships in Nueva Ecija. The role focuses on facilitating truck financing applications, endorsing customer submissions, and serving as the main liaison with credit and operations teams.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, or Business, with at least 1 year of sales and credit appraisal experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance or any Business-related course.
• Experience in sales and preferably with credit and collateral appraisal experience of at least 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Be stationed at assigned partner dealerships to support financing operations.
• Process and manage customer endorsements for truck financing application.
• Act as the primary liaison between dealers and internal credit/operations teams.
• Ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
• Follow up on pending applications to meet agreed turnaround time targets.
• Educate dealers and their sales teams on financing products, processes, and requirements.
• Track application status and provide regular updates to dealers and management.
• Resolve basic dealer and customer inquiries related to financing processes.
• Maintain strong working relationships with dealer partners to drive repeat business.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare daily/weekly activity and performance reports as required.
