The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, particularly in B2B contexts, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships. This position offers a monthly salary of PHP 35,000 on a 6-month project-based contract with rotational shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of strong sales experience.
• Experience in B2B sales preferred, ideally focused on large catalogs for the US market.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in the healthcare industry preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound sales calls for existing accounts and new customer acquisition
• Prepare and deliver accurate, timely quotations using the client’s ERP system
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and sales conditions effectively
• Provide dedicated pre‑sales support and thorough post‑sales follow‑up
• Regularly engage with customers to strengthen long‑term relationships
• Conduct proactive telemarketing campaigns to warm and cold leads provided via CRM
• Achieve defined monthly and quarterly sales quotas; consistently meet KPIs for call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other teams to elevate and resolve complex customer issues and provide feedback for product improvement
• Develop deep product knowledge to address customer queries effectively
