Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking a results-driven sales professional for a fully remote role based in Metro Manila. You will handle outbound calls, nurture a warm leads pipeline, and adhere to our contact strategy while assisting prospective students with their course applications.

You will work independently and within a team, maintaining data integrity and consistently aiming to meet monthly KPIs. The role emphasizes process discipline, CRM proficiency, and a coachable mindset, with benefits including

• 1-3 years minimum in a sales environment
• Experience in a call centre environment
• Proven track record of achieving KPIs and targets

• Good level of computer literacy with CRM usage

Schedule: Monday to Friday (6:00AM - 3:00PM PHT)

Your Role Responsibilities

• Manage Outbound Calls
• Manage and nurture your pipeline of warm leads
• Adhere to our contact strategy
• Assisting potential students with their application into their desired course
• Following our compliance measures and maintain a high level of data integrity
• Achieving monthly KPIs

About You

• 1-3 years minimum in a sales environment is highly desirable
• Experience in a call centre environment
• A positive track record of being able to achieve KPIs and Targets
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Process and procedure oriented
• Good level of computer literacy. This will include working various CRM's and administration systems
• An understanding of sales methodologies (desired but not essential)
• Coachable - the willingness to take on feedback
• Strong work ethic, honest and reliable
