A leading educational institution in Makati is seeking an enthusiastic Enrollment Consultant to support prospective students throughout their journey. Key responsibilities include advising on programs and enrollment, promoting educational offerings via phone, and ensuring student satisfaction. What You’ll Do

What You’ll Do:

• Student Consultation & Enrollment: Advise prospective students on our online programs and other academic offerings, guiding them through the enrollment process and addressing academic and financial queries.
• Sales & Program Promotion: Present and promote TECH’s programs via phone to potential students, ensuring a personalized experience.
• Student Support and Assistance: Follow-up with students to ensure they are satisfied with their programs and assist with any ongoing needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 6 months in sales or customer service (experience in education is a plus!).
• Education: College Graduate or SHS Graduate (with 6 months experience in sales)
• Communication Skills: You must be confident and enjoy speaking with people over the phone.
• Proactive & Growth-Oriented: Ambitious and eager to grow with a company in a phase of rapid expansion.
