What will you do?
The Business Performance Programs Coordinator provides administrative and program-support coordination for the Business Performance team's core sales enablement programs, including Elevate, Profit Pulse, and Business Coaching. The role is responsible for scheduling, tracking, documentation, and follow-up activity that supports program delivery, freeing program leads to focus on higher-value coaching and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Elevate Program - Onboarding & Setup
- Monitor and track broker submissions to the Elevate program; liaise with State Directors (SDs) to follow up on outstanding submissions.
- Follow up on outstanding submission information from brokers.
- Coordinate and send calendar invitations for all state sessions (5 sessions per cohort).
- Create and send 1:1 calendar invitations.
- Create and send buddy session calendar invitations.
Elevate Program — Delivery Support
- Clean up and format session presentations.
- Distribute pre-work materials and follow up on completion.
- Follow up with brokers on outstanding 1:1 pre-work.
- Collate participant data for manager 1:1 reviews, drawing from MyCRM, My Data Analytics, and Tableau.
Elevate Program — Retrospective & Graduation
- Prepare graduation and retrospective presentations.
- Distribute and follow up on pre-work for retrospective/graduation sessions.
Profit Pulse Administration
- Provide general administrative support to the Profit Pulse program.
- Record and distribute accurate meeting notes.
- Monitor and track participant engagement levels with the program.
- Schedule and manage recurring meetings following initial discussions. Business Coaching Administration
- Track and follow up completion of pre-work required for coaching sessions
- Schedule and coordinate post-coaching catch-up meetings.

Skills Required:
- Prior experience in an administrative, coordination, or program-support role, ideally within sales, L&D, or professional services.
- Strong written English and attention to detail (candidate will draft communications and presentations for an external audience of brokers).
- Comfortable working across CRM and data/reporting tools (MyCRM, Tableau, or equivalent — full training will be provided).
- Strong calendar and scheduling management skills across multiple concurrent programs.
- Ability to follow up proactively and manage outstanding items to closure without close supervision.
