• Order Confirmation:Contact clients to confirm orders, ensuring accuracy of items, delivery address, and contact details.
• Customer Assistance:Assist clients with order inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing product/service information.
• Phone Support:Efficiently handle customer inquiries and orders via phone, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Sales Transactions:Execute sales transactions efficiently and in a customer-centric manner.
• Record Keeping:Maintain precise records of sales and relevant customer information.
• Target Achievement:Strive to meet monthly sales targets through proactive sales efforts.
• Experience:Previous telesales experience is preferred. Minimum 3-6 months of sales experience required.
