Job Description

SALES STAFF

• Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and cold outreach.
• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations and technical support.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to ensure product specifications and delivery timelines meet customer expectations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company policies.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.

Working Arrangement

Applicant will be deployed in Clark but will undergo Training Alabang

• Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
