Job summary

Eco X Synergy Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative to promote and sell solar panels and energy products to potential customers in BF Homes, Parañaque City. You will identify leads, explain product features, prepare quotations, and help customers with pricing and options.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills, with a target-driven mindset. Work Monday to Friday with day shifts and earn commission on sales in addition to salary.

Job Summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling solar panels and solar energy products to potential customers. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, assisting customers with product information, preparing quotations, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience in sales or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• Willingness to conduct client visits or attend meetings when required.
• Basic knowledge of solar energy products is an advantage but not required.
• Experience in solar panels, renewable energy, or electrical products is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Perks and Benefits

• Salary: ₱20,000 – ₱25,000 per month
• Sales Commission: Earn commission for every successful sale, on top of your salary.
• No Monthly Sales Quota – Earn commission for every successful sale without a required monthly sales target until December 31, 2026.

• Weekends: Saturday and Sunday off
