The ideal candidate has a four-year degree and solid sales experience in solar energy, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Office-based with field visits, travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any four-year course; BA/Marketing/Engineering is a plus.
• Sales experience in solar or related energy sectors is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of solar products and applications is beneficial.
• Proficient in MS Office for quotations and reports.
• Self-driven with ability to work independently and with teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related equipment.

• Generate sales leads, follow up with prospective customers, and close sales.

• Assist customers in selecting suitable solar products based on their needs and budget.

• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and other sales documents.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Coordinate with the technical team to address product inquiries and customer concerns.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular sales reports.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course; a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering is an advantage.

• Relevant sales experience in the solar energy industry is an advantage.

• Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

• Basic knowledge of solar products and their applications is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office for preparing quotations and sales reports.

• Goal-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Primarily office-based, with fieldwork and site visits as required.

• May be required to travel to customer sites, project locations, supplier facilities, and company branches.
