Job summary

HT Printing Services is seeking a proactive sales support professional in Meycauayan, Bulacan. The role involves handling inquiries via Facebook, website, chat, email, phone, and text, and converting leads into clients.

You will coordinate with production, prepare quotes, and guide orders from initial contact to delivery. You should have experience in customer service or inside sales, be comfortable selling and closing, and possess strong written English and Filipino communication.

About the role

This role involves responding to customer inquiries across multiple channels including Facebook, website, chat, email, phone, and text. You will contact leads provided by the company to convert them into prospects or clients, qualify each inquiry by understanding product needs, quantity, specifications, budget, and deadline, and recommend products and materials that fit customer requirements and budgets. You will prepare or coordinate quotations and follow them through to closed orders, follow up on open quotes until conversion or formal closure, and guide clients through the entire process from initial contact to delivery. Daily responsibilities include logging all inquiries, quotes, and interactions in company systems, coordinating with production on schedules and specifications, and performing other sales and marketing tasks as assigned.
