A growing mattress brand is seeking motivated Field Sales Specialists to promote and sell COSOVA Spring Mattress products across Metro Manila and nearby provinces. Responsibilities include daily field visits, building long-term partnerships, and meeting sales targets. Ideal candidates have at least one year of sales experience and strong communication skills. The role offers a monthly salary of ₱18,667 to ₱28,000, along with transportation allowance and sales commission.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in furniture, mattress, or field-based sales.
• Proactive, confident, and goal-driven.
• Willing to travel and conduct daily fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to furniture stores, mattress shops, and wholesale outlets.
• Present and promote mattress products to store owners, managers, and potential buyers.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with assigned stores and distributors.
• Monitor product displays, competitor activity, and store pricing.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and support brand expansion initiatives.
