Job summary

Phildex Industries & Development Corporation is seeking a results-driven Sales Professional to grow and expand retail channel partners in Negros Oriental, including fieldwork in Dumaguete. You will drive product awareness through presentations, initiate loyalty and conversion programs, and push acceptance of our hardware and construction materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Proven sales experience.
• Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Exposure in selling hardware & construction materials is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation and consultative selling skills.
• Must be willing to do fieldwork in Negros Oriental.

• Collaborates with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
• Analyzes competitors’ products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
