Qualifications

• High school graduate or undergraduate welcome with attention to accuracy and integrity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on sales data accuracy.
• Ability to review, audit, and report on sales processes and commissions.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze sales transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct regular audits of sales processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
• Validate commissions and incentive computations with precision.
• Investigate customer complaints related to sales, billing, or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and reliable sales tracking records.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly audit reports.
• Recommend and support improvements to strengthen sales processes and controls.
• Work closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to resolve issues.
• Escalate critical findings that may impact revenue or company integrity.
