TGS BPO Incorporated in Cebu City, Philippines is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. The role focuses on sales coordination, customer service, estimating, proposal preparation, and supporting international home-service operations.

You will respond to inquiries, gather project details, qualify leads, prepare proposals, and coordinate with Sales and Operations while learning new software and processes. Night shift onsite work is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience in landscaping, irrigation, lawn care, construction, home services, or a similar industry is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, and text.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and learning new software.
• Able to research unfamiliar products, services, or project requirements.
• Strong follow-through and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable and comfortable working independently.
• Willing to work onsite on a night shift.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries through phone, email, and text.
• Gather project details, photos, measurements, notes, and customer requests.
• Help qualify leads and schedule estimating appointments.
• Prepare proposals using estimating software and company templates.
• Support estimating for landscaping, maintenance, irrigation, planting, cleanup, pruning, lawn services, hardscape, and fencing.
• Identify missing project information and ask appropriate follow-up questions.
• Communicate proposal updates and next steps to customers.
• Track proposals, follow-ups, deadlines, and next actions.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations.
• Help improve templates, checklists, and workflows.
