MicroSourcing is seeking a Sales Solutions Specialist in Ortigas, Pasig City. This hybrid, night-shift role focuses on administrative and operational support for small group proposal development, carrier submissions, and sales processes to drive client retention and business growth.

You will manage data, prepare proposals, and coordinate with carriers while supporting the Small Group Training & Support Lead to ensure accurate and timely submissions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize documentation for new business and renewal submissions.
• Manage DocuSign Workspaces and track submission statuses.
• Maintain carrier contact lists and communication logs.
• Assist in creating plan comparisons, summaries, and templates for client meetings.
• Update CRM and project management systems with relevant data.
